"Worked better than I honestly expected"
I started noticing some decent results after a few weeks of using it. It wasn’t a complete miracle or anything, but it did make a noticeable difference. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience and would likely order it again.

"Not the easiest to use"
I’ll be honest, this wasn’t the easiest thing to get started with. The menus literally confused me at first, and the setup took way longer than I expected.

"I don’t think I was being..."
I don’t think I was being unreasonable here, I emailed Fierce Pulse twice about my order and waited days without hearing anything back. When they finally did reply, it was just a quick one-line kind of answer that didn’t actually solve the issue. I get that companies get busy, but after you’ve already paid, it’s frustrating to feel like you’re being ignored. The whole customer service experience just left a bad taste.

The guarantee sounded reassuring at first, but getting the refund took way longer than I expected. It’s not even about the money so much, it’s just frustrating when the return process feels like you have to keep chasing it.

"Shipping took forever"
My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking hardly updated the whole time. I kept checking it and had no idea what was going on. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not being patient or not checking the tracking enough, which was frustrating. "Feels a bit overpriced"
It does work fine, so I can’t say it’s a bad product, but I just didn’t feel great about what I got for the price. After using it, I kept thinking it should either do more or cost less. It’s okay, but emotionally it left me feeling like I overpaid
